  • We are so excited to kick off Beaus and Pearls Pageantry once again with a fun and meaningful charitable event!

    This year, a large portion of the proceeds will be donated to Ms. Candace, the owner of The Catfish Wagon—our wonderful event host—and her amazing team. We’ve seen firsthand how dedicated Ms. Candace and her staff are to our community, especially during the holiday season when they collect and donate countless items to help children and families in need.

    This pageant is our way of showing appreciation for everything they do and joining forces to make an even bigger impact. Together, we can celebrate beauty, confidence, and kindness while giving back to a cause that truly matters.

    The Catfish Wagon Auditorium

    (located in back of resturaunt, entrance is on the right hand side towards the back of resturaunt. There is handcap access to get in.)

    Tentative Times:

    Ages 0–4: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
    Ages 5+: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
    Times will be staggered by age divisions. Final schedules will be provided after the registration deadline.

     


    Attire- Two Portions


    Formal:

    Ages 0–6: Sunday’s Best or Natural Dress
    Ages 7+ (Young Miss and up): May wear Sunday's Best, a cocktail or pageant dresses if they choose


    Outfit of Choice: Casual Wear

    Can be off the rack or seasonal, but should maintain a natural look

    Contestants will model Casual Wear first, then do a quick change into their formal dress for the second portion.

     

    **Sequins and rhinestones are welcome for both porions for those with extra sparkle in their personality

     

    Hair and Makeup:

    No flippers allowed. 

    Hair and Makeup are allowed for all age divisions and must be age-appropriate.

    Makeup is not a requirement for those choosing to remain natural.

     


    Divisions
    Baby: 0–1
    Toddler: 2–4
    Tiny Miss: 5–6
    Young Miss: 7–9
    Preteen: 10–12
    Teen: 13–16
    Miss: 17–20
    Elite Miss: 21+

    **Divisions may be combined or split if there are fewer than 5 contestants or more than 10 contestants in a division.
    We will always ensure fair age groupings based on birthdays, age, and maturity.
    Parents/guardians will be contacted before any changes are made.
    Our goal is to keep divisions at a minimum of 8 contestants to allow for more awards and the best experience for each participant.

    Royal Inspirations Division 

    This division is for any child with a disability - because they inspire us all to dream bigger. The Royal Inspirations Division will ensure the contestant leaves with their very own sash and crown. They will compete alongside their age division to make friends and be celebrated. They also receive side awards and scores from judges.

    Divisions Baby-Teen $90 

    This is all-inclusive, we do not have any hidden fees.

    Divisions Miss + and Beaus $75

    These divisions are a cheaper fee hoping to gain more entries into these divisions so more women and boys may experience our amazing events and build confidence.

    Royal Inspirations Division $45

    For all contestants with super powers

    SIBLINGS $80

    We are happy to provide sibling discounts for Baby-Teen divisions each contestant would get a $10 Sibling Discount - must fill out a form for each contestant.

     

    What’s Included with the Entry Fee


    Every contestant is guaranteed to leave with:

    • A beautiful sash
    • A crown
    • A goody bag
    • Side award(s)
    • And most importantly… a big smile!
    • No contestant will leave empty-handed.


    Division Awards


    Each division will have a Division Supreme Winner who will receive a stunning sash and beautiful crown.


    Instead of announcing 1st Alternate, we will crown a Division Queen for each division receiving a stunning sash and crown.


    Side awards will be given for both the Formal and Outfit of Choice portions.

    Photogenic & Overall Awards


    One Free Photogenic Entry is included with the entry fee. Everyone will receive a form to digitally submit their photogenic entries. This will be sent to judges before the pageant day and judged prior, saving time on the big day!


    Contestants also qualify for Overall Awards, divided into three age groups for fairness:

    • 0–6 years
    • 7–12 years
    • 13+ years


    Overall awards include:

    • Overall Photogenic
    • Overall Formal
    • Overall Fashion
    • Overall High Point

    All Overall Awards will be announced first, except for Overall High Point.
    Overall High Point will be announced after all divisions have been crowned.
    If you win Division Supreme, you also qualify for Overall High Point.

    Confidence-Focused Approach
    We do not announce alternate placements. Instead, all alternates will be recognized equally as Princess in no particular order.
    Parents or chaperones may contact the director, Tiffany Cochran, privately after the competition for exact placements or to request help interpreting judges’ scores/comments for growth and feedback.

    Photography
    Due to rising costs, stage shots are not included in the entry fee.
    Stage shots will be available for $20 per contestant.

     

    Non-Scored Award

    Each contestant will be entered into our people's choice competition. We will award two winners based on the two time frame breakdown.  The winners will receive a gorgeous crown and sash. All contestants receiving 80 or more votes will receive a special plaque and on-stage recognition.

    I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in Beaus and Pearls, LLC during the selected pageant. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by Beaus and Pearls, LLC, I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities and release, absolve, and hold harmless Beaus and Pearls, LLC, the hosting venue, and all respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries or illness, including but not limited to COVID-19, arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from the event.

    I acknowledge that Beaus and Pearls, LLC will follow all recommended health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the event. However, participation remains voluntary, and I understand that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public gathering.
