2025 Golf Tournament Sponsorship Form

The excitement continues! The members of the Palm Coast Flagler County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. are hosting our Annual Golfing for a Cause Tournament on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Pine Lakes Golf Club in Palm Coast, Florida. We are planning another outstanding event!

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide services and programs to promote human welfare. Our chapter is one of over 1,000 chapters in the United States and eight other countries. Our service area includes Flagler, Putnam, and St. Johns counties in Florida. We are very involved in these communities, providing programs and workshops addressing education, health, and economic issues, and offering scholarships. Funds generated from this tournament will be used to help fund scholarships.

We expect over 80 golfers for a full 18 holes of golf, with a delicious lunch, a raffle, and prizes! And yes! Our $10,000 cash Hole-in-One prize is waiting for a lucky golfer! We are seeking sponsors and donations for this memorable event.
