      • Important Event Information

        1033 E Maddison St Phoenix Az. Event begins at 4:00PM on Saturday October 11th, 2025, and ends at 8:00PM. Booth/table setup begins at 3PM. Booths must be completed no later than 4:00PM. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by FRIDAY, October 10th, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment. Please be prepared for the possibility be outside, this event will be indoor & outdoor, and our spacing is first come first serve.
