We’re so excited to have you join this 5-week guided group program inside Salt & Souls Salt Cave. Sessions will be held on Tuesdays at 6:00 pm (doors open at 5:30) from October 7 – November 4. Together we’ll learn and practice the Buteyko Method step by step, with guided support in a small group setting. Each week features focused breathing sessions enhanced by the restorative benefits of halotherapy, helping you reset your breathing and restore balance. Your registration also includes a 3x strength Liquid Oxygen Spray.

The program fee is $499, which includes all 5 sessions, a 3x strength Liquid Oxygen Spray, and access to virtual streaming/playback if you can’t attend live. Sessions will be streamed and recorded so that if you miss a class, you’ll have access to the playback at your convenience. Payment is required to secure your spot. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable, but may be applied toward future services if needed. A detailed consent form will follow with your intake paperwork.
