The Hirer is responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss to the Sensory Room, including its furnishings and equipment, that occurs during the hire period. This includes damage caused by guests or third parties. All equipment must be used appropriately and under adult supervision at all times. Any damage or issues must be reported immediately to the Event Manager. The cost of any necessary repairs, replacements, or specialist cleaning will be charged to the Hirer via invoice. Failure to pay the invoice will result in steps being taken to recover the outstanding amount. If a security deposit has been collected, any applicable charges will be deducted before the remaining balance is refunded.*
