Cancellation Policy

If Annie Monaco cancels a course, participants will be offered a full refund, or may choose to apply their registration fee to another scheduled course.
If the participant cancels at least 30 days before the first course meeting, Annie Monaco will provide a full refund less a $50 processing fee.

If the participant cancels less than 30 days before the first course meeting, Annie Monaco will provide a full refund less a $50 processing fee, as long as the participant's slot in the course is filled. There will be no refund of the registration fee if the slot is not filled.

Attendance Policy

Please plan ahead to avoid any schedule conflicts, as all days and times are mandatory
For emergencies only: Up to 2 hours content outside of the practice sessions can be missed with permission, but you are responsible for missed content.
Missed practicum hours must be made up with one of our staff at your expense.

If you are having problems with the Paypal/Credit Card option, please immediately send emdrbasic@playfulemdr.com an email with the following:

• The training you're registering for
• The amount you are paying
• Your payment plan (if this applies)
• Any valid coupon codes

You will recieve an invoice within 5 days. Thank you!
