Pro Classes Registration

Participation in open and casual dance classes involves physical activity and inherent risks, including the possibility of muscle strains, sprains, falls, collisions and other injury. By participating in the class, I acknowledge that I do so voluntarily and at my own risk. I am responsible for assessing my own physical condition, experience and ability and will not attempt movements, steps or exercises that are beyond my current ability or that I do not feel physically capable of performing safely. I agree to follow the instructions of the teacher, work within my own limitations and notify the teacher if I experience pain, discomfort, injury or feel unable to safely participate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I accept responsibility for risks arising from my voluntary participation and release and waive any claim for injury, loss or damage arising from the inherent or obvious risks of participation in the class.

Participants aged 14 years and over may participate in open/casual classes, subject to the suitability of the class for their age and experience. Where the participant is under 18 years of age, registration and participation must be authorised by a parent or legal guardian. By registering a participant under 18, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read and understood these terms and conditions, consent to the participant taking part in the class, and acknowledge the physical nature and inherent risks associated with dance participation. The parent or legal guardian confirms that, to the best of their knowledge, the participant is physically able to participate and agrees that the participant will work within their own ability and limitations.
