Sound Bath

Thank you for registering in advance for this yoga class and sound bath. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. You are welcome to bring a blanket, an eye mask, or anything else that might bring you comfort as you rest and let the sounds of specially-tuned singing bowls soothe your nervous system.

Liability Waiver

I agree to release indemnity and hold Spokane Studio of Dance, LLC, and its instructors harmless from any and all liability claims, actions, judgments, damages of injuries of every kind and nature whatsoever to the participant and/or their property arising from participation in activities for which the participant is registered.

I understand that movement practices require physical exertion which may be strenuous and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I further recognize that there are inherent risks in this practice which could potentially result in possible physical injury to me, and that I am in sufficient condition to practice in one or more classes in a safe and healthy manner.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in one or more classes and that I am physically fit and do not have any medical condition which would prevent my full participation in one or more classes.

Purchases are not refundable, but the class may be transferred to a friend or family member, or you may apply the credit to another offering at the studio.
