Terms & Conditions – Kid Gear Cleaning Services
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all cleaning services provided for children’s car seats, strollers, and wagons (“Items”) by LaGavia Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms:
1. Service Scope
• We provide cleaning and sanitation of children’s gear using child-safe, non-toxic products.
• Our services are limited to cleaning and deodorizing; we do not provide repairs or manufacturer-certified restoration.
• We follow best practices but cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, or allergens.
2. Customer Responsibilities
• You are responsible for ensuring your Items are structurally safe and fit for cleaning.
• Please remove all personal belongings (toys, accessories, valuables, etc.) prior to pickup. We are not responsible for lost or missing items.
• If your Item has damage, mold, infestations (e.g., bed bugs), or hazardous materials, you must disclose this before service.
3. Liability & Limitations
• Cleaning may cause normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, loosening of fabric, label wear). We are not liable for manufacturer defects or pre-existing damage.
• We are not liable for shrinkage, discoloration, or breakdown of materials due to age, prior misuse, or prior cleaning methods.
• Safety reassembly is the responsibility of the Customer. We do not reinstall or certify car seats for use in vehicles.
• Maximum liability for any Item shall not exceed the cost of the cleaning service paid for that Item.
4. Health & Safety
• We use non-toxic, child-friendly cleaning solutions. However, we cannot guarantee 100% allergen removal (e.g., peanuts, dairy, pet dander).
• Customers with children who have severe allergies should inspect the Item before use.
5. Payment & Cancellations
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellations within [24 hours] of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
• All services are non-refundable once cleaning has been performed.
6. Turnaround Times
• Estimated turnaround times are provided at booking but may vary based on Item condition and service demand.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
7. Delivery of Items
• We will return cleaned Items to the address provided by the Customer at the time of booking.
• Delivery will be made during the allocated time window confirmed at booking.
• If no one is available at the time of delivery, the Items will be left at the Customer’s front door/doorstep. A photo will be taken as proof of delivery.
• Once the Item has been delivered and photo confirmation provided, the Company’s responsibility ends. The Customer accepts full responsibility for the Item from that point forward, including any loss, theft, weather damage, or other incidents occurring after delivery.
8. Agreement
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
