TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Effective August 25, 2025

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

• All reservations must be made under the exact name as it appears on your passport or government-issued ID.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your spot. Payment plans may be available for select experiences.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable due to contractual obligations with vendors and partners.
• Full payment must be made by the final due date provided. Late payments may incur a $100 fee or cancellation without refund.
• By booking, you agree not to initiate chargebacks. Please contact KKonnections directly with any concerns.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

• A valid U.S. passport is required for all U.S. travelers traveling outside of the U.S. and must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
• Travelers must comply with all destination-specific entry requirements, including visa or ETA applications.
• Beginning January 8, 2025, U.S. citizens traveling to the UK must apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) via https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-an-electronic-travel-authorisation-eta.
• Passports can be expedited and provided quickly for additional fees via https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/get-fast.html 
• Domestic flights within the U.S. may require a REAL ID-compliant driver's license.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

• Travel insurance is highly recommended for all attendees. KKonnections does not provide or include travel insurance in your package.
• You are responsible for securing coverage that includes trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and delays.

ACCOMMODATIONS & ROOMING

• Hotel accommodations are based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated. Roommate matching may be available upon request.
• KKonnections is not responsible for the policies or practices of hotels, tour companies, or other third-party vendors.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Reinstatement of a canceled reservation, if approved, may incur a $150 fee.

LIABILITY WAIVER By booking with KKonnections, you acknowledge and agree:

• Travel involves inherent risk, including illness, injury, delays, and unforeseen complications.
• KKonnections and its team are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, loss, delays, or inconvenience arising from acts of God, force majeure, or negligence of third-party providers.
• You voluntarily participate in all activities and excursions and accept full responsibility for your health and safety.

COVID-19 NOTICE

• Travel involves potential exposure to COVID-19. By participating, you assume full risk and release KKonnections from liability.
• Local regulations and requirements (including masking, testing, or vaccination) may change at any time.

FORCE MAJEURE

KKonnections is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or supplier failures. In such cases, refunds are subject to vendor policies.

 

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

By attending any KKonnections event, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in photos, video, or promotional materials without compensation.

 

POST-BOOKING INFO

After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive:

• A full itinerary with hotel info and session schedule
• Travel tips, including currency exchange, SIM cards, tipping etiquette, and safety practices
• Packing lists and access to our trip WhatsApp or communication channel

AGREEMENT

By submitting your reservation or deposit, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
