Carla Treadway is an Assistant Professor in the College of Business at The University of Findlay; dedicated to empowering students and alumni through innovative education and entrepreneurial leadership. She spearheaded initiatives such as the Innovation Competition and the PIVOT Program for student-athletes, while directing the BRITE Center and guiding the Oiler 10 Marketing Consultants at UF. Carla's role fosters business development and provides essential resources for aspiring and established entrepreneurs.
Carla's degrees include a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership in Health and Wellness Psychology and a Doctorate in Education (EdD) with a focus on higher education and the longevity of small businesses. Carla's passion for teaching and public speaking is complemented by my commitment to delivering practical, real-world experiences through engaging classes and workshops.
