Registrations close: 18 Sept 11:59pm or IF AT COURT CAPACITY
Event Type & Format: Adult comp (Juniors under 18 only by approval). 2 full sets of singles & match tie-break set if 1 set all (first to 10).
Payment required at registration for entry acceptance (no invoice issued) $230 per player | $30 for a reserve player
Division 1 adult winner receives prize money in form of pre-paid Visa/EFTPOS card or gift card.
Requirements - ALL players must have Tennis Aust Competitive Player Profile Account (Tennis ID) linked Universal Tennis account prior to entry - see link for guidance https://hdta.org.au/setup/

Grading: NEW PLAYERS ONLY - 11am on 20th Sept at Castle Hill Tennis Centre (to be confirmed) *You will be invited if req to attend*
RESCHEDULING NOT PERMITTED - with exception of the one (1) date YOU nominate to office PRIOR to the start of the comp.
*NEW RULE*FORFEITS - more than 2 without doctors cert can result in removal from event or forfeit of semi final spot to alternate player
Match time: At time of rego you request set start time for your x 7 *home* matches. 12:15pm, 2:15pm or 4:15pm. *Away* matches will be at opponent's court/nominated time. Only if agreeable to opponent, you can ask to reschedule to another time slot but a court must be available to do this.
Locations: Castle Hill Tennis Centre & Dural Tennis Centre, both are used
Universal Tennis Rating: UTR is considered, but HDTA reserves the right to place players in the division they believe suitable based on prior playing history/grading/coaching recommendation etc - This comp is not a UTR direct event, but scores are uploaded through Tennis Australia to Universal Tennis.
Weather: The HDTA weather policy is as follows
- 2 rainouts/extreme heat - no rounds replayed
- 3-4 rainouts/extreme heat - replay maximum 2 rounds
- 5+ rainouts/extreme heat - review by HDTA committee
