10 x 10 Bldg A Indoor Booth Rental: Vendor $325
Outdoor Food Vendor 15 x 20: Vendor $400 - SOLD OUT***

Vendor space will include a total of 4 passes per day. Buidling A is fully air-conditioned and located next to the main entrance. ALL Vendors shall provide their own canopy tent/backdrop if required. Electrical plug-ins are available against the walls and on center poles. Vendors must provide their own extension cords, multi-plugs, etc. Vendors that exceed the allotted 10 x 10 space must purchase two spaces, if correct measurements are not submitted this will result in relocation of booth space and fees will apply.
Outside Vendors: Electrical wiring will be provided, 110 amp only with 20 amp breaker (Additional fee of $100.00 for a 220 amp). More than that will result in an electrical hazard. Damages will include costs to repair electrical poles, boxes, food spoiling, and vendor relocations.
Showbiz West Texas and the Ector County coliseum are not responsible for any accidents or theft of equipment in your area. All vendors are responsible in making sure that their area is free from any obstacles that might lead to an accident. Additionally, it is suggested that vendors provide your own liability insurance to cover your area, business and for your customers.
NO PRE-COOKED food will be allowed on premises. If you have any questions concerning the Health guidelines, please call the Ector County Health Department at 432-498-4141 ext. 1009. Showbiz West Texas and the Ector County Coliseum are not responsible for any actions the Ector County Health Department may take against you. All organizations must adhere to the Ector County Health Code and Fire Code- sink requirements, fire extinguisher accessible, etc. All food vendors must purchase their own health permit two weeks prior to the event.
ALCOHOL: The Odessa Jackalopes have the sole rights and permits to sell alcoholic beverages on the premises. Consuming, selling, or bringing outside alcohol that is not purchased through the Coliseum is considered a liability and may result in fines and legal ramifications. If alcohol is found on the grounds it will result in immediate removal from the event, no refunds, and you will be responsible for all fines and fees that incur.
ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE SOLD FROM WITHIN BOOTH ONLY. ABSOLUTELY NO OUT OF BOOTH SALES!!! No spaces will be reserved without remittance. FIRST COME... FIRST SERVE. Showbiz West Texas has the right to refuse any vendor.}
