Sno-Jets Group Registration Form - Aspen/Snowmass 2025

You are invited to sign up for the Travel Organizers Winter Escape to Aspen/Snowmass - over the weekend of December 12-14 with the Sno-Jets Group led by Geoff Brown. We have set up a block of condos for the group in the Slopeside category which are located slopeside in Snowmass, within walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and bars in Snowmass Village Mall.

Use this form to sign up and pay for yourself and/or others in your party. Choose a lodging-only getaway, or a lodging plus lift ticket package. Purchase a two or more day lift ticket, you get a FREE Friday ticket. Ski all 4 mountains in one weekend as our lift pass includes Aspen, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass. Plus you can enjoy all of the incredible Après-Ski parties and pub crawls throughout the weekend, and take advantage of discounts on mountain coaster & tubing hill rides, ski equipment and lessons.

Registration is open on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up as soon as possible to get the room or unit type you want, as space is subject to availability. Prices for lodging and lift tickets will go up every two weeks until registration closes on November 14th - so take advantage of the current low prices.

SHARED ROOM - You are paying for yourself only, and you intend to share a condo room with others from your group who will register separately.
OWN ROOM - You are paying for yourself to have your own room or yourself and someone else listed as a guest to share the same room in either a hotel room or shared room in a shared group condo.
OWN CONDO - You are paying for an entire condo based on the maximum number of people specified for the condo size.

NOTE: If you select a shared room or own room in a shared condo, it is expected that others in your party will be registering separately to fill all pillow spots in the condo based on the condo size. (ie: 4 pillows required for a 2-bedroom condo & 6 pillows required for a 3-bedroom condo). If, at the end of the registration process, there are not enough people registered to fill the pillows in a condo, you may be asked to change to a different condo type, pay extra to fill empty pillows in unit chosen, split the cost of the open pillow with others in the condo, or cancel subject to current penalties or fees. Rooms are assigned by the Group Leader based on the order of signup, and matching up singles sharing a room with a person of the same sex.

LODGING CATEGORY:

SLOPESIDE LODGING condominiums chosen by your Group Leader, are located on the slopes in Snowmass. They are walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars in Snowmass Village Mall, and on the free local shuttle route. Condos will have fully equipped kitchens / kitchenettes, a living room (most with a fireplace), a separate dining area, and a private patio or balcony. The property will have a hot tub and/or pool, some will have onsite restaurants/bars, a fitness center, locker rooms, ski storage and/or ski shop, and many will have onsite check-in. The size of the condos in the group block may include 1bedroom+loft, 2bedroom, 2bedroom+loft, or 3bedroom condos. Some of the Slopeside condo properties include Timberline, Top of the Village, Laurelwood, Interlude, Aspenwood, Terrace House and others.

Extra-person charges will apply if you want more than 2 people per bedroom (if permitted)

Known groups will be put at the same property as long as we know you are part of a group

NOTE: Bedding is not guaranteed. Master bedroom typically has 1 bed and other bedrooms may have 1 or 2 beds. We try our best to match units and bedding preferences but sometimes 2 beds in a room are not available.

We always like to give back to the local community. We are asking for donations to the Aspen Search & Rescue who provides for lost/hurt in or out of bounds, skiers and boarders. 100% of funds donated goes to the charity. Would you like to donate to their cause? Help raise a lot of money with donations of $25 or more.
