Wellness Workshop

Thank you for your interest in our first-ever Wellness Workshop.

This hour-long workshop presented by Bodybar Pilates will take place on the GSHS Theatre stage. The music will be musical theatre themed, and focus will be placed on breath work, pilates movement, and proper form. This is open to GSHS students and adults of ALL fitness levels! 

You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat of your own and grip socks if you have them!

Cash - Place the PDF and cash into a sealed envelope and put your child's name on the front of the envelope, then turn it in to Mr. Brady.
