    Double Dan Horsemanship is proud to host Frédéric Pignon and Magali Delgado for an incredible three-day clinic at the Double Dan farm located at 2150 E. Leestown Rd Midway, KY 40347 on Monday Oct. 13 - Wednesday Oct. 15.

    Participants will have the rare opportunity to learn Liberty from Frédéric and to refine balance and biomechanics in Dressage with Magali.

    Whether you’re participating or auditing, this form will guide you through registration, participation, private lesson options, and all stall or RV needs. Please complete the entire form to secure your spot.

    Whether you're auditing or participating, below is everything you need to know before arrival:


    GENERAL SCHEDULE


    What time does the clinic start?
    Clinic begin at 9:00 AM each day. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to park and get settled. Frédéric and Magali will begin with an introduction/overview and will then organize the day’s sessions.

    How is the clinic structured?
    Sessions run from 9:00 AM to approximately 4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break around midday.


    AUDITOR INFORMATION


    Can I bring my horse if I’m auditing?
    No. Only clinic participants may bring horses. Auditor spots are for observation and learning only.

    Do I need to bring a chair?
    No—we’ve got you covered. Chairs are available for everyone.

    When will I get directions and other clinic info?
    A Welcome Guide will be emailed a few days before the clinic. It will include:

    • Directions to the farm
    • Parking info
    • Gate access code
    • Check-in location and process
    • Assigned stalls (if applicable)

    PARTICIPANT INFORMATION


    Can I ride or work my horse outside of clinic hours?
    Yes - but only if:

    • You have signed a waiver, and
    • You’ve checked with the DDH crew to ensure the arena, round pen, or other areas are open and available.


    What paperwork is required for my horse?
    All horses must have:

    • An up-to-date Health Certificate, and
    • A current Coggins
    • These are required at check-in before unloading your horse.

    How do I reserve a stall?
    Stalls are: $35 per night for self-care (bring your own buckets, feed, and tools).
    Shavings are not provided and you are required to bring your own.

    Are RV hookups available?
    Yes, we offer a limited number of RV hookups at $45 per night. These are first come, first served.


    FARM RULES
    🚫 NO DOGS or other pets are allowed on the property at any time. We love animals, but for the safety of people and animals at the farm - we require guests to leave all pets at home.

  • Participation Details

  • Participants may register for the 3-day clinic with Frédéric which will consist of 1 one-on-one session with Frédéric each day and/or for additional sessions with Magali.  Frédéric and Magali will be teaching in different locations on the farm throughout the 3 days. Participants can participate in sessions with both of them (2 sessions a day) or just participate in sessions with 1 or the other.

    Auditors can move freely between both as desired. 

    Participants are required to bring their own horse and reserve a stall. Stall reservations are listed below. RV spot reservations are also available and can be reserved below.

    Please note:

    • No arrivals before Sunday, October 12 at 4:00 PM.
    • Arrivals between October 12, 4:00 PM and October 13, 6:00 AM will be considered early arrivals and will require an early stall reservation.
    • Departures after Thursday, October 16 at 7:00 AM will be considered late departures and will require an additional stall day reservation.


    Auditors should also indicate whether they will attend all three days or select specific days. 

    ⚠️ Important Registration Note:
    Each individual attending the clinic must complete their own registration form. This means:

    • If you are participating in the clinic, complete the form for yourself.
    • If you (or someone coming with you) will also be auditing, a separate Registration Form must be completed.
    • One form = one person.
    • If you plan to participate and bring an auditor with you, please fill out this form for yourself as a participant and then submit a separate form for the auditor.

          Stalls are self-care. We require you to leave the stall the same way you found it: clean. By registering for this clinic, you agree to clean your stall upon departure and leave it in the manner you found it.

          We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your particiaption. Please take note of our cancellation policy outline below:

          1. Limited Participant Availability: Frédéric and Magali accept only a limited number of clinic participants, which allows for a more personalized and valuable experience for all attendees. 

          2. Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel your clinic registration, a 100% non-refundable fee will be applied. This fee is non-negotiable and helps us maintain our commitment to providing exceptional clinics while managing participant numbers effectively.

          3. All clinic fees for this exclusive event are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward future clinics. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your clinic spot to another person. It is your responsibility to arrange the transfer and notify us in writing of the change.
