Our first ceremony will take place on the evening of October 2. The retreat will close on October 7 with a final sharing and a closing lunch. If you’d like to stay a little longer, there may be an option to extend your stay by a night or two—just let us know.

Contribution and Access

This intimate 6-day immersion in the hills near St. Tropez is a fully inclusive retreat. Your contribution supports the ceremonies, private or shared lodging, nourishing meals, and the personal care you’ll receive throughout our time together.

We ask for a donation between €4,000 and €6,000, depending on your accommodation and the nature of our agreement. The final amount will be confirmed in personal conversation after we receive your application.

This range reflects the depth of what we offer. Each gathering is held with presence and care by a small, experienced team who dedicate themselves to creating a safe, beautiful, and attentive space. From preparing the medicine to guiding ceremony and tending to every detail, this is a wholehearted offering.

How It Works

Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll reach out to confirm availability and agree on your contribution amount. A non-refundable deposit of €1,000 will then secure your place. The remaining balance can be sent before the gathering via PayPal, Zelle, or bank transfer.

If Finances Are a Consideration

We understand that life brings different seasons. If the full contribution isn’t possible for you at this time, you are welcome to let us know (mail@sacredjourney.earth). We’re open to a sincere conversation in genuine cases.

We ask that this not be requested simply to reduce the price, but only when financial support is truly needed. Each contribution helps sustain this work and honours the presence, energy, and commitment that go into every step of this gathering.

Refund Policy

Because of the small size of this group (6–8 participants), we ask for full commitment once your place is confirmed.

All deposits are non-refundable. Please apply only if you are confident you can attend.
