Outdoor Activities, Music Groupwork & Ceilidh
12th & 13th September at Kilmallie Hall, 9.30am - 5pm
We have two sessions running across the weekend: one for Gaelic Medium pupils, and another for those who are interested in learning Gaelic or who have a few words and phrases already. Participants must be in P7-S4.
Depending on the weather, our outdoor activities will include climbing and abseiling, gorge scrambling and paddleboarding.
Instrument and Gàidhlig song groupwork will be led by Ewan Robertson and Megan Henderson.
We're also delighted to welcome Alison Carlyle on Saturday 12th September for a stepdancing workshop.
The weekend will finish with an evening ceilidh at the Railway Club on Sunday 13th September, where participants can showcase some of what they've learned over the weekend.
Please note: The instrument and singing workshops are suitable for participants of elementary level or above, as they will be playing and singing alongside a variety of other musicians and instruments. Singers are very welcome!
