We utilize locally owned laundromats after inspecting them for cleanliness and location preference. This is a Wash and Fold (and more) service provider who works with locally owned establishments to support local workers and owners. We do not provide dry-cleaning services. None holds responsibility for damaged or lost items.

Any corrections made by our laundry attendants after reviewing your laundry order and during inspection, before beginning your laundry service, will be notified to you by customer service and may result in a reduction or increase to your quote and/or paid purchase price.

Dog or animal beds (We do accept linens such as towels and blankets or clothing, but only under the following soil acceptances as described below, due to extremely high risks of item and machine/plumbing damages)
Any laundry with EXCESSIVE HEAVY SOIL/FOUL SMELL/BODILY FLUID/OILS, MOLD/MILDEW/CHEMICALS/HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, such as (but not limited to):
Urine (a small amount or stain is acceptable; you need to provide the sanitizer or deodorizer of choice. Please, no HEAVY/OLD ODORS)
Feces (a small spot is acceptable, and there should be no evidence of feces other than a small stain; no heavy odors. You need to provide the sanitizer or deodorizer of choice.)
Hair: thick/heavy coating on item(s) (We will accept items with hair on them. For heavy shedding, please remove the hair with a lint roller, vacuum, or other tool before submission. [If we have to do it or you want us to do it], an extra $10 per item will be added and paid BEFORE the hair removal service is performed and before your paid order is handled, or it will be considered an exception violation as described below.
Exception Violation(s): Return of the unwashed item(s) with NO return of funds will be deemed if these exceptions are violated.
