Champion Team 2026 NYKO Term and Conditions

Your credit card will be charged immediately upon clicking “Accept Conditions and Submit Payment.” There will be no refund in the event of cancellation. Name change and substitution requests must be received by January. 30th, 2026, 11:59 PM PST.

"Champion Team Meeting" will appear in your credit/debit card statement. Do NOT dispute that transaction.

Champion Team reserves the right to accept, reject, or condition acceptance, based on Champion Team's sole discretion, for any reason, which need not be disclosed to the applicant. By registering for this event, you agree to hold harmless for any damages or injuries to property or individuals that may occur during the conference. You also agree that the Champion Team may use and distribute your image, name, and voice in all forms of media.

Photography, including camera-enabled cell phones, videotaping, and audio-recording during the meeting is forbidden.

If you are registering your spouse or significant other, it is your responsibility to accept these conditions on their behalf and make them aware of the conditions of Convention registration.
