Leonardo’s Discovery After-School: Art Club is an inspiring, hands-on program designed to spark imagination, boost confidence, and nurture artistic growth in young creators. Using a blend of the nationally recognized Art in Action curriculum and exciting supplemental projects, students will explore art history, techniques, and self-expression through drawing, painting, sculpture, and more.

Whether your child is a budding DaVinci or just beginning their creative journey, Art Club is the perfect after-school space to make, learn, and grow!

About the curriculum: Art in Action

Art in Action offers a robust art curriculum that provides materials and training to help students develop creativity, critical thinking, self-expression, and resilience. Through hands-on learning, students gain knowledge in art techniques, cultural understanding, and core academic subjects.

Important Info:
- Art Club is recommended for students in grades 2nd through 5th.
- Art Club now offers more flexablity runs 12 weeks for two hours once a week on Thursdays or you can select month by month - September, October, or November.
- Thursdays from 4pm to 6pm
- A snack will be provided along with all materials for each mission.
- Class tuition is $10 per class for members and $12 per class for non-members.
- Full Scholarships and Partial Scholarships are Available! If you student qualifies for scholarships you'll recieve a Promo Code to complete the enrollment form.
- Classes will be held in the Education Annex.
Scholarship Opportunity

If you think the student may quailify for a scholarship please fill out and submit the form below. We will let you know if the scholarship has been rewarded as soon as possible.

If they receive Sooner Care, CHIP, or another public benefit they may qualify.

If they are in good standing or show improve with academic performance, recommendation from a teacher, counselor, or community leader or a short essay or creative submission explaining why the museum’s after-school program interests them and how it will benefit them.

If approved, you will receive a code to enroll in the program for free or at a discounted rate.

I understand that myself or my student will be expected to honor Leonardo’s behavior rules and show respect for property and all other program participants, staff, and volunteers. If not, I understand that disciplinary action could be taken, including, but not limited to, dismissal from the program, without any fees refunded.
Emergency Care Consent

In case of a medical emergency and I cannot be reached, I being the parent, legal guardian or person authorized to execute this release for the child named above hereby authorize a Leonardo’s Children’s Museum staff person to contact my family physician and to transport my child to the nearest hospital or to call for an ambulance immediately as the need requires
