Your FBI background check is securely processed, and the results will be delivered to you through a secure online portal in the form of a PDF document.
Beaches Notary and Apostille does not conduct fingerprinting or background checks. We act solely as a facilitator in coordinating these services. All fingerprinting and background checks are performed by independent third-party providers, and we make no representations or warranties regarding their accuracy, timeliness, or results. Our company shall not be held liable for any errors, delays, or issues arising from services performed by third-party providers.

The fees listed above are for Hague Apostille Member Countries only. The fees for Non-Hague Apostille Countries are additional as well as the timeframe.

Full Payment is required prior to the commencement of the apostille service.
Documents are shipped using Carriers that we utilize such as UPS, FedEx & DHL.
Expedited apostilles are processed in 10 business days, with an additional 4 business days allotted for shipping both ways. Processing days start on the next business day following the receipt of your background check. Submissions to the US Department of State are accepted Monday through Thursday and un-available on Fridays. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays do not count as a business day.
Beaches Notary and Apostille Service shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to third party errors and/or delays, government delays and/or policy changes; natural disasters, Force Majeure, and unforseen circumstances and events beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as we become aware of an event, and take steps to mitigate the impact of the event if possible, and may come at an additional cost to you.
Completed apostilles will be returned to you at the address provided.
If you would like your completed apostille mailed to an alternate address, please indicate the COMPLETE & EXACT name, address, and phone number of the recipient. Completed apostilles shipped within the US are included in the price quoted. Completed apostilles shipped outside the US will come at an additional cost.
If your apostille needs to be translated, it will be translated after the apostille has been completed, and a separate invoice will be sent to you for payment.
Completed apostilles MUST NOT be detached from your original document. Doing so will void your apostille.
Apostilles cannot be used within the U.S.
Non-Hague Countries: If the destination country is NOT a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, your document will need additional legalization which will extend the processing time-frame as well as the cost.
