Vendor's agreement.
I understand that GSWC is not liable for products lost, stolen, or damaged. I am solely responsible for the care and upkeep of my product(s). I further understand that GSWC does not retain any of profit.
Also that my vendor fees are non-refundable. I also agree that if I do not show up by the appointed time, GSWC reserves the right to give my spot to another vendor, unless arrangements have been made with our Coordinator, Ladi Katrina Henderson- Owens. I will maintain contact with Ladi Katrina (903) 930-1517 daily to let her know I am at my appointed station by texting words "I'm Here" to her number.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for bringing and managing all necessary utilities (power, water, fuel, disposal) for my food truck. No utility will be provided.I understand that I am responsible for cleaning up and removing all trash from my area. A $100 fee will be charged if any waste is left behind.
