    Please fully complete the below form to enter the 2025 SLOS Pumpkin Pie Invite as a Masters swimmer. Below is a link to the full meet form (masters specific info can be found on page 8-12).

  • Friday Notes:

    • The fastest heat of Women and Men entered in Event #9/10 W/M 1650 Free will compete separately in the following event #s:
      • Event #3 - Fastest heat of Women 1650 free
      • Event #6 - Fastest heat of Men 1650 Free

  • Saturday Notes: 

    • Event #34 13&O 400 IM will be mixed women/men. Swimmers must provide their own timers (2x).
  •  

  • Sunday Notes:

    • Event #56 - The 13&O 500 free will be mixed women/men. Swimmers must provide their own timers (2x) and lap counter.

  • The following documents MUST be uploaded for your entry to be accepted:

    1. Proof of 2025 or 2026 USMS Registration (Copy of Membership card)
    2. USMS Waiver - LINK: USMS PARTICIPANT WAIVER
    3. Declaration of Intent (only needed if swimmer is registered as BOTH USAS & USMS) - DECLARATION OF INTENT FORM
