Hello! Thank you for being interested in joining us at Willow Tree Beads & Crafts for our Summer Pop-Up events. Before filling out and submitting the form, please read through the following event details & guidelines to ensure you understand and can meet all of the requirements.
Willow Tree Beads & Crafts is hosting Summer Pop-ups in our parking lot.
Event details: October 25th 2025, from 11am-4pm
Where: Willow Tree Beads & Crafts
Address: 5820 Gratiot Rd Saginaw MI 48638
Set up time: October 25th, 2025 from 9:30am-11am
Please check in with Sara inside Willow Tree Beads & Crafts store to be directed to your assigned space.
Event Cost:
Approximately 10 x 10 booth space - $30 Outside only (NON-REFUNDABLE)
(Must supply your own tent/canopy and weights, no stakes, asphalt parking lot)

Rules & Regulations:
-Your application will be reviewed by us to make sure we do not have a lot of the same vendors selling the same product.
- Early tear down is NOT permitted
- Vendors/crafters who tear down early will not be allowed back to future events unless you have permission from the event host (if you sell out).
- Vendors are limited to 1 space. We try our best to spread everyone out. Sometimes we have room to give everyone extra space.
- Sara, our staff, and Willow Tree Beads & Crafts or property will not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise for any injury that may occur to you or anyone with you during the time of the event, including set up and tear down.
-You will be responsible for your own cash box, set up, and tear down of your booth. Please take care of your trash and properly dispose of it.
- All tables, chairs, and tent/canopy must be provided by you.
- For food vendors only: You are responsible for following cottage law or any permits or liscenses.
- Vendors under the age of 16 will need an responsible adult present during the duration of the entire event.
-Paper applications are available upon request only and you must email saracook040@gmail.com to receive alternate form.
- No refunds will be given to those who do not show up or cancel last minute. If the event is cancelled due to iclement weather your payment will be credited to a future event with us.
- All payments are final! Meaning if you are unable to attend the pop-up you will not be refunded. In some circumstances, payment can be transferred to a future event.
