Please read the schedule and class offerings carefully and thoroughly.
Due to ice availability, Learn to Skate lessons will be on Thursday evenings only. There will be no weekend classes available. Only Snowplow Sam and Basic Skills 1-6 levels will be offered this season. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If registering a returning skater from Session 3, please select their CURRENT level. The program director will automatically make level adjustments for any skater who advances prior to the session starting. All skaters that are new to the LTS program should select either Snowplow Sam (ages 3-4) or Basic Skills 1 (ages 5+). Skills assessments may be done on the first evening of class to ensure that all participants are in the appropriate level for their abilities.
Please choose your skater’s level carefully. BCFSC cannot be responsible for invalid registrations (for example, registering a skater age 5 or older in Snowplow Sam, or registering above their current skill level). If a registration is found to be invalid, placement in the correct class will depend on availability at the time the issue is discovered — not the original registration date — so space in the appropriate level cannot be guaranteed and may not always be available.
