                        • ONLY ONE APPLIANCE/COOKER MAY BE HOOKED UP PER SPACE!!! This will be heavily implemented so plan accordingly!

                          FOOD VENDORS: Only properly licensed food vendors are allowed this year. You must be pre-approved by the Chamber of Commerce prior to signing up!! Please submit your current licenses upon submitting your application: Business License, Health Permit, Mobile Food Service Permit and Food Handlers Permit. We will be working with local authorities to enusure food safety is our number one priority. If you have failed inspections in the state of Georgia, you will not be permitted to sell at our event.

                          ● Space size is approx 10x10
                          ● All booths will be organized through the efforts of the Screven County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
                          ● VIP Placement for Chamber Members if requested
                          ● Rain or Shine, there are no refunds!
                          ● Vendors are to register at the front steps of the Chamber NOT inside.
                          ● There is no rain date for the Christmas Extravaganza.
                          ● The downtown festival begins at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 13th. You may stop by the Chamber of Commerce between 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. for directions to the designated site for your booth. No set-up may take place until 1:00 p.m. All booths must be set-up and all vehicles must be moved from the downtown area by 2:30 p.m.
                          ● ALL FOOD SALES MUST BE COMPLETED BY 7PM and your space MUST be completely cleaned up by 8pm!
                          ● You must provide tables, chairs, trashcans, equipment, etc. for your booths. You are responsible for clearing all trash from the area of your booth.
                          ● Any registration form received after the November 30, 2025 deadline will need to include a $20.00 processing fee. Anyone needing electricity will be sunject to a $30.00 fee PER HOOK UP.
                          ● Vendors that are preparing food will be assigned a site. Cooking sources should be away from the public and cookers set responsibly.
                          ● Vendors that are preparing food are responsible for properly disposing of oil/grease. An oil bin will not be available for use, as oil is too hot to dispose of the night of the event and workplace safety does not allow us to move hot grease for the safety of our workers and volunteers.
                          ● There will be absolutely no alcoholic beverages sold.
                          ● There will be absolutely no offensive material or merchandise sold.
                          ● All vendors must stay within their booth space.
                          ● The Board of Directors of the Screven County Chamber of Commerce does not guarantee that any vendor will be the exclusive seller of any type, brand, or variety of merchandise or food. There may be other vendors selling the same or similar items.
                          ● The Screven County Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for any accidents which may occur during the Christmas Extravaganza.
