          • Our Delivery Promise

            After booking, you’ll schedule your concierge intake call and share your brand assets (logo, fonts, colors, and any initial copy). Your first draft will be delivered within 3–4 business days of receiving everything, followed by up to two rounds of revisions. Most Concierge projects are fully completed within Two-Three weeks, giving you polished results without the wait.

            We’re honored to support you through our Concierge services. By booking, you are engaging Elite Vivant for the specific service(s) you’ve selected above. Concierge is a focused, one-time engagement with flat, upfront rates. All Concierge services are non-refundable, and each includes two rounds of revisions (additional revisions are billed at $250 per round). By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This agreement is binding and enforceable under the laws of California, USA.
