    Below is our full calendar for the season, so you can lock us into your diaries!

    This season, we’re trialling a new application system via Jotform which takes payment at the time of applying. This means your spot is secured as soon as you apply and pay, making the process quicker and easier.

    Full refunds for any events cancelled by Event Managers due to inclement weather *

  • Bank Account Details

    To assist our administration process with refunds due to any cancellations, can you please provide your bank account details? These are kept in confidence and securely protected.

  • Terms and Conditions

    To ensure you are clear on our trading terms and conditions and to avoid misunderstandings can you please indicate that you have understood the terms & conditions below.
  • I understand that I am to supply my own rack and/or table & other items to set up my stall unless hiring a rack from PLM
  • I confirm my items are pre-loved / previously purchased items and not a business stall or of a business nature
  • I understand any racks supplied must be single racks. NO double racks are allowed.
  • I understand that Pre Loved Market will NOT issue stall credits or refunds if I cancel this position within 2 weeks' prior to the event under any circumstances.
  • I understand that if i cancel my position with more than 2 weeks notice you will be refunded minus a $10 admin fee.
  • I understand I can not on sell my stall to another person(s) without the written permission of Pre Loved Market
  • I understand that this is an application to partake in this event, by selecting YES I am confirming my application.
  • I understand that following my application I will be sent a invoice to confirm my position, all invoices are STRICTLY to be paid within 5 days of invoice date. Should payment not be confirmed either by clearing or with a screenshot on or before the 5th day your invoice WILL automatically be voided.
