    Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our Saturday Markets! Please thoroughly review our rules and regulations before filling out this information, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. We do not allow franchise businesses, multi-level marketing companies or political campaign booths at our market. Due to the size and category limitations for our market, not all applicants can be accepted.
  • How to know if you are the right fit?

    We are looking for unique, quality items to be sold. Preference is given to farmers, and then those vendors selling goods that are as close to 100% hand made as locally as possible (including cultivating of goods like herbs for soaps & tinctures, fabrics for crafts, etc.) Your application will be juried by our team to ensure it is a good fit for our market. If you are added to the waitlist, do not fear! We often call up vendors to fill in as schedules change!

  • By accepting the terms of this document I am certifying that I have read and understand the rules of the Seabrook Saturday Market and agree to abide by them. Please CLICK HERE to review.

    1. A $25.00 non-refundable processing fee must accompany this application to proceed with consideration. Further, I understand that submission of this application does not ensure or guarantee my acceptance into The Seabrook Saturday Market.
    2. Final approval to sell any products at Seabrook Saturday Market or special events will be subject to a jurying process as well as an on-site inspection. I understand that this application is a preliminary application process. I will provide further information regarding my business including, but not limited to: certifications, licensures, permits, and insurance policies. If you don’t have the ability with your insurance to get coverage, this would be an available option ACT Insurance Program at actinsurance.com.
    3. I hereby certify that all products indicated in the above application are produced by my business and I am not a reseller of any product in my product line.
    4. I agree to sell only the products that have been approved by Seabrook Hospitality. I agree that if I seek to add products to my product line, they must be pre-approved by the event coordinators.
    5. I certify that I am in compliance with all federal, state and municipal licensing requirements for my business.
    6. I agree to hold harmless and release the Seabrook Land Company and Seabrook Hospitality and any agents thereof from any and all claims to  property and person(s), loss, damage or theft which may arise out of, or occur to persons(s) display or inventory while participating in the Seabrook Saturday Market. 
    7. I understand that the Event Manager has the right to refuse service and submittal of this application does not guarantee placement at the Seabrook Saturday Market.
    8. I understand that vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax. 
    9. I understand that sales are not guaranteed. 
    10. I understand and will adhere to any & all of the Seabrook Saturday Market Rules & Regulations as outlined in my application process.
    11. Booth set-up is NOT permitted before 8:00 AM without prior written approval from the Seabrook Event Manager. 
    12. Vendors will clean and remove trash generated from their booth before they leave at the end of each market. Vendors who do not adhere to “Keeping the Market Clean” guidelines in Market Rules & Regulations may be assessed a $25 fee.
    13. Upon acceptance, booth fees are due in advance (please see terms and conditions for more detail) and must be paid before you're able to setup at the market or event.
    14. We require 5 days written notice and confirmation of receipt of that notice for any cancellations.
    15. Vendors that wish to apply and commit for the entire summer will pay $30.00 per day for single booth and $60 for double booth, invoiced acccording to the payment schedule outlined in the terms and conditions document.
    16. Prepared food vendors as outlined in the Rules & Regulations will be assessed an additional $25 trash fee per event. Comes with two 32 gallon trash bins and bags and trash removal. 
    17. Payments for booth spaces are non-refundable.

     

    Additional Saturday Market Information

     All vendors participating will be expected to do the following:

    1. Only sell items that have been approved.

    2. No use of the Seabrook name or logo on products for sale.

    3. Provide own 10X10 canopies, tables and chairs. Seabrook WILL NOT have tables, chairs or canopies available.

    4. Park in designated area for vendors.

    5. Setup must be completed by 10:00 AM.

    6. Someone must be present in booth at all times until 3:00 PM.

    7. Notify Seabrook Hospitality by phone or email if you will not be able to make a market that you have signed up for as soon as possible.

    8. No call/no show to market will result in forfeit of monies paid and all future market dates for the 2025 season.

    9. Booth location will be sent out 10 days prior to each Market date to the email provided in this application, so please double check it's accuracy and check your email frequently during market season.

     

    Hours of Seabrook Saturday Market

    Set up begins: 8:00 AM

    Hours open: 10:00 AM – 3:00PM

    Please keep in mind that this is an outdoor event. Be sure to have adequate weather proofing for your booth as well as weights for any 10X10 canopy tents. Seabrook is not responsible for any damages due to unforeseen weather conditions.

    Seabrook reserves the right to cancel any market due to unforeseen or unsafe weather conditions because the safety of our vendors, guests and staff are of the utmost importance.

     

    I agree to comply with the rules and regulations of Seabrook. Submission of this application is a commitment to Seabrook, if accepted by its representative(s). No refunds will be made for cancellations within 5 days prior to the Event.

    I and my representative(s) expressly release and hold harmless the Township of Seabrook and its directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability for injury, property damage, or loss which may arise in connection with my participation in any Seabrook Event.
