All pricing listed is current as of August 14, 2025. Product availability and pricing are subject to change based on manufacturer inventory and sale updates, which are outside of our control.
If an item becomes unavailable, whether due to backorder, discontinuation, or stock changes, we’ll promptly issue a refund or credit. Should a product’s price increase before your order is placed, you’ll receive an email and updated invoice reflecting the difference. Orders will be held until payment is received. If you choose not to move forward with the updated price, a refund or credit will be provided.
Any import duties, tariffs, customs charges, or international shipping fees incurred for goods sourced from outside the United States are the sole responsibility of the Client. Such fees will be billed directly to the Client or reimbursed to the Designer upon invoicing, in addition to the agreed design fees and product costs.
Please note: All purchases are considered final. Abode Above Interiors is not responsible for managing returns or covering return shipping for any items once delivered. Custom item orders are not eligible for return, no exceptions.
