    • Please read the PROSPECTUS carefully before entering your work. It contains the complete rules for entering the Art Show.
    • Artists may submit up to 2 works.
    • Accepted mediums: paintings, mixed media, works on paper, drawings, sculpture.
    • Not accepted: textile art, digital, computer- or AI-generated art, reproductions,
      photography.
    • Maximum size: 38 inches in any one direction, including frame. 
      • Image files of 2-D works should include the frame. Dimensions (in inches) should include the frame.
      • Image files of 3-D works may include multiple views. Dimensions (in inches) should include the base.
      • Images must be uploaded in .jpg or .png format.
    • Minimum image file size: 1MB; maximum image file size: 2MB
    • Early Bird entry: $25 for entries received Oct. 1-15.
    • Regular entry: $30 for entries received Oct. 16-23.

  • About Our Silent Auction Opportunity

    If your artwork is juried into the show, may we ask for your kindness in donating another of your works to our Silent Auction?
    • Artists whose work is juried into the show are invited to donate another work to the Silent Auction. The Library retains all proceeds from the sale of donated artwork.

    • Separate instructions on how to enter Silent Auction donations will be provided upon acceptance.
