Join us on Tuesday Nov 11-12 at Living River for a day and a half of education, inspiration and fellowship as we discuss together "Small Ministry - BIG Results". Led Rev, Phillip Blackburn, director of Thriving in Rural Ministry Program at the University of the Ozarks. He and his wife are co-pastors of First Presbyterian Church in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He is a frequent contributor to Outlook magazine.
