We’re excited that you’d like to be part of Food Truck Next Events — the team behind Goodyear First Friday and Holiday on the Square, and many other events around the valley!
Our events bring together the best local food, desserts, art, and small-business talent for thousands of guests each month.

To have your business reviewed for upcoming dates, a $15 application-processing fee per event is required.
This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and covers the time our team spends reviewing each submission.
(It’s separate from booth fees, which are billed only after you’re approved.)

Applications stay open until all vendor spaces are confirmed or we reach our capacity.
Reviews are handled in the order they’re received, and approvals go out in waves as categories fill.

Approved vendors will receive a separate confirmation email with load-in details and event updates.

Every first Friday of the month, the Goodyear Ballpark lights up with food trucks, artisan vendors, music, and good vibes. What started as a small local night market has grown into one of the West Valley’s favorite monthly traditions—families, foodies, and friends all gathering to taste, shop, and celebrate community. It’s more than an event—it’s a city-wide hangout that keeps growing month after month.

The Goodyear Christmas Village transforms the space into a cozy winter wonderland filled with festivities, holiday music, local food trucks, artisan vendors, kids’ activities, and joyful surprises for all ages. It’s a one-night holiday festival created by and for our Goodyear community—a place to gather, shop small, eat local, and make memories under the Christmas lights. Goodyear First Fridays – Vendor Fee Structure; Please select your setup type*

Artisan Vendor NON FOOD – 10x10 booth: $120 per event; 50% deposit due upon approval. Full payment required before event date, invoice will state the deadline.Artisan Vendor NON FOOD – 10x20 booth: $200 per event; 50% deposit due upon approval. Full payment required before event date, invoice will state the deadline.Food Vendors (Hot / Unpackaged Foods): 15% of total sales, $300 minimum, a $65 non-refundable deposit per event goes towards the total due. Event 2: Holidays on The Square - In Partnership with the City of Goodyear | 5- 9 PM at the Goodyear Civic Square (GSQ) -
Holidays on the Square: A magical holiday celebration hosted at Goodyear Civic Square, featuring the official city tree-lighting ceremony, a twinkling ice-skating rink, and local vendors bringing festive treats, gifts, and holiday spirit. The event runs over two Fridays in December and attracts thousands of families ready to kick off the season with lights, music, and the charm of local small businesses.
