2025 Sponsorship Opportunities

The “Oui” Run 5K is a celebration of health and fitness, a family-friendly event open to all.

Projected Participants: 800 (5K Run + Kids Races + Volunteers)

Post Race Event: Open to runners, volunteers, kids, family members

Participant Goodies: Includes official race technical t-shirt and sponsor product samples/ coupons

Marketing Campaign: Advertising includes social hyping of a reach of more than 20,000 people (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), eblasts to LFC community, and event listings on community calendars.

Course: Course: The USATF-sanctioned loop course offers the community an opportunity to run through beautiful Horner Park along the North Branch of the Chicago River.

 

Sponsorship Levels and Benefits

All sponsorships and underwriting are tax-deductible; the Lycée is a 501(c)(3) organization, tax ID # 36-4002001.

$5000 Presenting Sponsor Package
This is the highest level of sponsorship designed to give your company maximum exposure to our school community and race participants

• Naming rights as a presenting sponsor: Oui Run 5K presented by (Company Name)
• Company provided stadium banner hung outside of soccer field for ONE YEAR
• Company logo at the top (back) of the official race t-shirt
• Company-provided branded banner near Start and Finish Lines
• + All of the benefits offered in the lower sponsor packages

$2500 Gold Sponsor Package
This is the premium level of sponsorship designed to give you prominent exposure to our school community and race participants

• Verbal recognition on race day by host
• Free registration + t-shirt and goody bag for 5 participants
• Company logo on all promotional materials (eblasts, community newsletters, social)
• + All of the benefits offered in the lower sponsor packages

$1000 Silver Sponsor Package
This level of sponsorship is designed to give you prominent levels of exposure to our race participants

• Company-provided branded 10x10 tent at race site
• Company-provided branded banner on race day
• Company "goodie" item given to participants
• + All of the benefits offered in the lower sponsor packages

$500 Bronze Sponsor Package
This level of sponsorship is designed to give you high levels of exposure to our race participants

• Company promotion and logo (with link of your choice) on the "Oui" Run official race website
• Company logo on back of official race t-shirt
• Company logo on celebration “Thank You” banner

In Kind Donations

• In addition to the sponsor packages listed, we are seeking in-kind donations for printing, t-shirts and other relevant race supplies/products
• Value of donation will be determined and a corresponding level of recognition will be set by the “Oui” Run 5K race organizers

Remember, you can be creative – we are open to adapting to your needs! We welcome your suggestions and thoughts on how your sponsorship can best fit within the vision, goals and wishes of your company.

In-Kind Donation

If your in-kind donation is valued at $500 or more, we will recognize you with benefits similar to those for sponsors and underwriters. Others will be listed in a thank you section of signage during the event.

We will mail you a tax receipt for your records. Please note that the tax receipt will not include a value for the donated items, as the valuation of gifts in kind are the privilege and responsibility of the donor. Per IRS regulations, any item you value over $500 requires IRS Form 8283.

Contributions are deductible for income tax purposes to the extent allowable by law. All in-kind donations are tax-deductible; the Lycée is a 501(c)(3) organization, tax ID # 36-4002001.

In-Kind Donation Guidelines
Value of donation will be determined and a corresponding level of recognition will be set by the “Oui” Run race organizers.

Signature

My electronic signature below constitutes and is evidence of my agreement to (1) accept general liability for the participation in the "Oui" Run 5K and (2) indemnify and hold harmless Lycée Français de Chicago Inc., its employees and agents, either jointly or severally, from and against any and all claims, damages, causes of action or injuries, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs expended in defense thereof, incurred or resulting from my participation in the "Oui" Run 5K.
