Discover and Live Your Dream Life: Crown & Compass Coaching Program
A Subsidiary Program of Witness Performing Arts, Inc., a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization
By registering for and participating in the Crown & Compass Coaching Program (“the Program”), offered under Discover and Live Your Dream Life, a subsidiary of Witness Performing Arts, Inc. (“WPA”), you (“Participant”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms:
1. Purpose of the Program
The Program is designed to provide personal development, empowerment, and coaching for women seeking confidence, pageant preparation, leadership growth, and life-enrichment opportunities. The Program does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to winning a pageant title, securing employment, or achieving any particular personal, professional, or financial results.
2. No Professional Advice
The Program does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Any information shared is for educational, artistic, and inspirational purposes only. Participants are encouraged to seek advice from qualified professionals in these fields before making decisions that could impact their health, finances, or legal standing.
3. Assumption of Risk
By participating, you accept and understand that activities within the Program may involve public speaking, performance, walking/posing exercises, and self-reflection, which carry certain inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage — whether physical, emotional, or financial — that may occur as a result of your participation.
4. Waiver & Release
In consideration for your participation in the Program, you hereby waive, release, and hold harmless Witness Performing Arts, Inc., its subsidiary program Discover and Live Your Dream Life, its board members, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your participation in the Program.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, videos, worksheets, and resources provided in the Program are the intellectual property of Witness Performing Arts, Inc. and/or Discover and Live Your Dream Life and are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute these materials without prior written permission.
6. Confidentiality
You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all Program participants. Sharing another participant’s personal story, image, or experience without their consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Payment & Refund Policy
Any program fees, donations, or contributions toward participation are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. By enrolling, you agree to complete any agreed payment plans or contribution commitments in full.
8. Media Release
You grant permission for Witness Performing Arts, Inc. and its subsidiary Discover and Live Your Dream Life to use photographs, video, or audio recordings of you taken during the Program for marketing, promotional, educational, and fundraising purposes, without compensation.
9. Agreement
By signing below (physically or electronically) and/or submitting payment, donation, or registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the above terms, and that you are voluntarily participating in the Program.
