Riverside Police Explorer Competition (R.P.E.C.)

The 2026 Riverside Police Explorer Competition (R.P.E.C.) will be held on Saturday & Sunday, October 10 & 11, 2026 at Hillcrest High School. Please complete the form to register and reserve your spot. All Fields with * are required. Registration is limited to the first 40 teams, a waitlist will be created, for additional agencies after the initial 40 teams.
THE COMPETITION IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC

Apart from registered attendees and their advisors, no unauthorized guests will be permitted on the competition property.
REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED

Participation in the competition is based off of complete registration. Registration is not considered complete until a full payment has been received.

Initial registration payment will reserve your agency's spot in the competition.

You can reserve a spot for your agency with just 1 Advisor and 1 Explorer.

You may make changes including adding/removing advisors and/or explorers before August 31, 2026. Please contact SMontecino@riversideca.gov for adjustments to your registration.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received after July 18, 2026, registrants will forfeit 50 percent of their registration fee. Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after August 15, 2026, will forfeit their entire registration fee, and registrations received after this date will not be eligible for refunds. If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please email SMontecino@RiversideCA.gov with your request for review. Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. Riverside Police Foundation reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Riverside Police Foundation cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.
