  • Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor/service provider at the 4th Annual Prescott Spiritual Wellness Fair. This high vibrational metaphysical healing event is the perfect spot to gather together to spread love and light and soothe your soul by the gorgeous waterfront of the St. Lawrence River.

    All products and services are welcome, including Custom Artwork, Unique Creations, Energy Healing, Mediums, Crystals, Sound Healers, Tarot Readings, Candles, Clothing, Jewelry, Essential Oils, All Natural Products & More!!

    The fair is located beside the boat harbor and marina where pedestricans go daily to run, bike and walk their dogs. It is directly beside the Prescott Pop Up's, a collection of local small artisans, food trucks as well as a pizza and beer garden.

    The event is free for guest to attend. The first 50 guests to arrive will receive complementary goodie bags which are provided by the Prescott Spiritual Wellness Fair. We do not expect our vendors to donate.

    There will be live music and Sound Healing Experiences throughout the event.

    I put my heart and soul into this event and my only goal is that it is full of love and light and successful for all of you! Advertising will be done throughout social media (regular postings to facebook and instagram as well as paid ads for Eastern Ontario). We will also be advertising in our local paper and flyers.

    There will be signage located in the Town of Prescott and certain local businesses. We do have have to purchase permits and there are restrictions in size of signage. Please help support us and continue sharing this event!

    • This event will take place outdoors RAIN OR SHINE at 191 Water Street East, Prescott, Ontario.
    • Spaces are $95+tax per 12x12 space. 
    • A pop-up canopy and weights are mandatory.
    • You agree to provide your own Pop-Up Canopy, tables, chairs, etc.
    • Payment in full & a signed registration form is required to secure your spot.
    • Should the event be cancelled for any reason beyond control, your payment will be transferred to a resheduled date.
    • Spaces are non-refundable once payment is received so please ensure you are available to attend before registering.
    • Payment methods accepted: Debit, Visa or Mastercard (no e-transfer accepted)
    • There are no electrical hook ups available for this event.
    • Food and beverages are available at the Prescott Pop Ups.
    • Vehicles are not permitted on the fairgrounds. You may drop your items off at the gate and we will have volunteers available to help with heavy items.

  • Please read this contract carefully. By signing this contract, you agree to the information listed below.

    • Vendor spaces are assigned. You will be directed to your space when you arrive. A  diagram will be provided to you a few days before the event so you will know where to unload/park.
    • Please arrive promptly to enable a smooth opening at 10:00am.
    • Set up begins as early as 8:00am. Please be fully set up 10 minutes before the show starts. It maintains a professional atmosphere if we are not setting up once the event has started.
    • You are responsible for your own items (including but not limited to) outdoor canopy, weights, tables, chairs, table coverings and personal signage.
    • Weights are mandatory for your canopies.
    • You are responsible for the set up and tear down of your canopy/booth as well as removing your articles from the premises.
    • You are responsible for the drop off and pick up of your items.
    • You will be asked to secure or remove any equipment deemed unsafe.
    • Please maintain your space for the entire event. We ask that you do not pack up early, otherwise you will not be invited to attend another show.
    • Please inform Christa at your earliest convenience if you will be running late.
    • The registration fee is required at time of registration. Your space is confirmed once payment is received. 
    • You will receive more information regarding the event and graphics & advertising will be sent to you by email closer to the event date.
    • Two people or businesses may not share a canopy to save fees. Employees may share their space with other team members. 
    • Please note that the live music artists have the freedom to perform any songs or genre of music they wish and at the volume that their equipment is set to.
    • Please be respectful of your neighbours, keep your area clean and tidy and keep racks and tables within your 12x12 space. 
    • Spaces are non-refundable once payment is received.
    • Your space cannot be sold to another vendor without permission of the event organizer.
    • Vehicles will NOT be permitted on the fair grounds. Please pull up to the gate upon arrival to drop off your items.
    • Vendors must park across the street at Fort Wellington after dropping off their items. 
    • This event is rain or shine. Let us manifest good weather. Please come prepared in the event of bad weather.
