Hello Vendors! The veil is thinning, and now is time to secure your place in Art 120’s Christmas Dark Market—a night where wonder and shadows dance beneath the winter moon reminiscent of European winter festivals.

Join us in the delightfully peculiar Patten Square, nestled in the heart of downtown at 818 North Georgia Avenue—just north of MLK Boulevard, between Georgia Avenue and Lindsey Street, near Miller Park. From 6PM to 10PM, the square transforms into a festive yet otherworldly market filled with curious winter crafts, strange delights, and seasonal mischief.

This year’s festivities include live music, european eats, and peculiar pastimes, culminating in the premier of our spellbinding Wild Hunt procession—featuring fanciful creatures pulled from the frostbitten pages of winter folklore.

Spaces are limited and vanish quickly—registration is first come, first served, with the final day to claim your booth being October 11th. The cost to join the merriment is $50 for sole proprieters and goes up from there.

All 10x10 booth spaces and food trucks are reserved by paying via credit card at the bottom of this registration page. Whie there will be street lights along Patten Square, be sure to bring lights for your booth. Electricity is not guaranteed.

(A) I shall indemnify and hold harmless Art 120, River City Company, Tennessee Arts Commission, the City of Chattanooga, and volunteer organizers from any and all loss, costs (including reasonable attorney fees and court costs), damages, expense, and liability arising from the International Market and More events. Art 120, River City Company, The City of Chattanooga, and its sponsors and organizers accept no liability for any issue that may arise. Any insurance protection that may be necessary for the accidental injury, vehicular, or property damage is the sole responsibility of the applicant.

(B) I hereby WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this event, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: Art 120, River City Company, Tennessee Arts Commission, the City of Chattanooga, and/or their sponsors, directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents, the activity or event holders, activity or event sponsors, activity or event volunteers.

(C) I understand that at this event or related activities, I may be photographed and hereby give Art 120, River City Company, Tennessee Arts Commission, and the City of Chattanooga permission to allow photos, videos, or film likeness of myself and my business to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns of the International Market and More. The accident waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

(C) Entiendo que en este evento o actividades relacionadas, puedo ser fotografiado y por la presente doy Art 120, River City Company, Tennessee Arts Commission, y la ciudad de Chattanooga permiso para permitir que las fotos, videos, o la imagen de película de mí mismo y mi negoció para ser utilizado para cualquier propósito legítimo por los titulares de eventos, productores, patrocinadores, organizadores y cesionarios del Mercado Internacional y Más. (D) COVID-19 Statement: Art 120, River City Company, Tennessee Arts Commission, and the City of Chattanooga have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our vendors, and employees. You must follow all posted instructions while attending any Art 120 event.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending the International Market, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19
