RELEASE: I hereby submit my Registration form to the 2025 Ontario Martial Arts Symposium for myself or my child. I agree to save & hold harmless the 2025 Ontario Martial Arts Symposium, its' organizers, instructors, Cobourg Tae Kwon Do Ltd., Town of Cobourg, Sponsors, their officers, agents, members, employees, and volunteers from any & all liability resulting from injuries that may occur as a result of myself or my child's attendance and or participation at the 2025 Ontario Martial Arts Symposium, to any person or for damages to or loss of property owned or controlled by me. I fully understand and shall adhere to all rules and regulations. I release all rights to photo & video that I may be the subject of or in the background of for use in publicity, promotion, and/or media release without any form of compensation.
