    Garden of Eden Floral & Tearoom is thrilled to invite you to our 13th Annual Holiday Stroll Market—happening Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Garden of Eden Floral & Tearoom located at the La Porte Airport!


    This year’s event promises to be our biggest and most festive yet, featuring over 60 amazing vendors offering everything from handmade gifts and holiday treasures to unique home décor. It’s the perfect way to kick off the holiday season!


    Vendor Info & Booth Details
    Limited to 60 vendors! Spaces are first come, first served, so reserve your spot early.

    - Each booth is approximately 10' x 10'.
    - Set-up starts at 8:00am on Saturday. Booths must be set & vehicles moved by 9:30am.
    - The market opens to shoppers at 10:00am sharp!
    - Vendors will have a designated parking area.

    Please follow staff directions for a smooth set-up.

    For safety, vehicles cannot enter the booth area for load-out until after the event ends at 3:00pm. You’re welcome to use a wagon or dolly for carrying supplies (just bring your own!).


    Please keep your booth tidy and secure throughout the event, and clean your area before leaving. The tearoom will be open for lunch, for your convience, you can pre-order a lunch during registration and we will deliver that to your vendor space between 11-11:30am the day of the event. 


    Important Policies
    No refunds once your vendor space is booked, for any reason.
    In case of inclement weather, our rainout date is December 13, 2025. We’ll notify vendors by 7am via email and social media if there’s a change. No refunds for rainouts; all proceeds support event advertising.
    We do not limit the number of similar booths—our “Open Policy” keeps things fun and diverse!
    No food or beverages may be sold for on-site consumption (except by designated food vendors).
    No drug-related or obscene merchandise allowed.
    No electricity provided, but you may bring your own generator.

    Vendor Fee
    $100 per booth (10' x 10') for arts, crafts, and miscellaneous vendors.

    Registration
    All registration is online via the “BECOME A VENDOR” link.
    You’ll receive your booth assignment at check-in on event day.

    Once registered, you will recieve a confirmation of your entry. We will notify you 1-2 weeks prior to the stroll with all the details on set-up etc. We will not provide vendor location until the day of the event upon your arrival.

    You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables and chairs. Because this event is outside, we HIGHLY encourage a popup canopy, COME PREPARED and bring weights for that canopy!!

Once your space is secured, your spot is guaranteed and the fee is final—this applies to all situations, including weather, personal circumstances, or schedule changes.
