Required Hours are from Noon to 6:00 p.m. for all vendors. However, live music will continue until 9:30 p.m. Please designate what time you plan to tear down. This will determine your booth location.

Electrical outlets are limited. Please specify if you require power.
Arrival instructions and contact information will be emailed to those who reserve a booth. Event opens at Noon. Music starts at 1:00 p.m.

Liability Waiver: "I agree to hold the Downtown Revitalization Improvement Volunteer Effort, Inc. (DRIVE), Newport Area Chamber of Commerce, Newport Economic Development Commission and City of Newport, along with any other individuals associated with the Depot Days/Kids Fest event, from any known or unknown injuries, losses, damages, judgements, illnesses and/or claims from any cause regardless of that which may be suffered by me or a person(s) accompanying me."
