I, the athlete/parent/guardian, agree with the following statements:*

I understand that each family is REQUIRED to participate in our team fundraising activity and annual track meet. Options are available to "opt out". See "Payment" section below.I understand that the safety of all sport activities is the primary concern, track and field activities may cause injuries and/or death. I expressly assume the risk of injury, death, and/or illness arising from any cause, and agree to waive the right to pursue any claim against Texas Storm Youth Track Club and the persons in charge.I understand the coaches reserve the right to form relay teams to ensure the talents of all teams are balanced. Please remember all Texas Storm Youth Track Club coaches are volunteers.I understand that all athletes must · Dress appropriately. · Running shoes are required. · No basketball shoes.I understand the fundraiser obligation. All competing athletes are required to sell 20 raffle tickets at $5 each for the Texas Storm Track Club Fundraiser. Participation for non-competing athletes is optional.
Payment

Registration Fees (No refunds after the first day of practice, February 14th, 2026.) Fees will be used for rental of the practice facility, uniforms, implements, and for the end of year season party. Any approved refunds will exclude non-refundable fees incurred by the club.

** Families with three or more children: Once you have paid the fees for the two youngest children, the remaining fee per child will be $175. For example: a family with a 2nd grader, a 5th grader and a 7th grader would pay $250 + $250 + $175.

New Athletes Only: New athletes to the Texas Storm Track Club are required to purchase a USATF membership. Please visit www.usatf.org and select "Membership" from the drop down menu. Texas Storm Youth Track Club Affiliation Number: 25-3003. Please see a coach or board member if assistance is needed.
