1. Up to 50 walkers (including chaperones)
2. One float + truck, or truck with trailer
3. Up to 6 motorized vehicles of any kind
Non-Profits, Churches, Clubs & Social Groups
1st Unit: $75
2nd Unit: +$50
3rd+ Units: $25 each
Late Fee: $50 (after November 1, 2025)
Deadline: No entries accepted after November 12, 2025 — No exceptions

Float Guidelines
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE UNIFORMLY DRESSED

Custom Floats:
Must be built on a trailer or flatbed with at least two axles
Must be towed by a separate decorated vehicle
Cars, vans, buses, and pickup trucks alone are not considered floats
Tow hitches must be secure and inspected
Proof of insurance is required

Animals

Animals:
Only organized equestrian units with experienced riders will be accepted
Animals must maintain a slow, controlled pace
You are responsible for cleanup or diapering
Proof of insurance is required
Feature Presentations
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE UNIFORMLY DRESSED

Feature Presentations
Groups interested in stopping to perform in front of the WIS-TV reviewing stand must:
1. Include a DVD or YouTube link for audition purposes
2. Be selected by the committee (only selected groups may stop)
3. Submit a Feature Presentation Application by November 1, 2025
4. Submit proof of insurance with the application
Unit-Specific Guidelines
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE UNIFORMLY DRESSED

Cycles & Small Motorized Units:
Includes motorcycles, bicycles, and mini-cars
Must be part of an organization
Proof of insurance is required

Cars, Trucks, & Vans:
Riders must be part of the presentation
All vehicles must be fully decorated
No riders in truck beds or on vehicle exteriors
Proof of insurance is required

Marching Units (Non-Band):
12 to 50 participants required
All participants must be uniformly dressed
