Weight Request Terms & Conditions: I understand at this time my turkey is still cluckin' and gobblin' across organic pastures. The birds are processed just days before Thanksgiving and Fresh Fork will not know the final weight of the turkeys until they are on the trucks and out for delivery. Fresh Fork will do their best to match my preferred weight range on my order and I understand that there may be some variance to the final weight at pick up.

THE EXTRAS

Payment in full for any "Extra" item is required at the time of submitting an order. Your order total will automatically be calculated with a turkey deposit (if ordered) and for any/all extras added on to your order.

Expected Contents: Carrots (2#), Onions (3#), Sweet Potatoes (3.5#), Gold or White Potatoes (3#), Winter Squash (3 count), Cauliflower (1), Brussels Sprouts (1 stalk), Sweet Corn (1 quart, frozen), Apples (1/2 peck), Lettuce or Spinach (8oz), Garlic (1), Eggs (1 doz), Bread Cubes (1#). Note: subject to change as Thanksgiving gets closer and based on actual farmer harvests. We will notify you of any substitutions.

Made from our own pasture raised turkey stock, blended with seasonings, flour and butter. Contains: wheat & dairy.

MAKE A TURKEY DEPOSIT & PAY FOR EXTRAS

REQUIRED: $20 non-refundable deposit and extras pre-paid in full with a credit card through this form.
- Orders must be placed by Thursday, November 20th
- When you pick up your order, we will know the final weight of your turkey and calculate the balance due. The $20 deposit will be deducted from the balance.
- All orders must be paid in full to take home. Check payment for the balance is preferred (there will be a 3.5% credit card fee at the time of pick up for the balance due if paid by credit card).
