Roster Selection

Members are required to sit 2 half days or one full day. Please indicate your preferences below. While we try to match to your preferences we may have to allocate you to another day if positions are not filled.

Preferred Dates for Sitting at the Gallery

Select your first and second preference on days the gallery is open.

Sitters are required from Thursday 9th Oct to Sat 25th Oct inclusive

The gallery hours are :
- Sunday - Thursday - 10am to 4pm
- Friday - Saturday - 10am - 6pm (Sat 25th closes at 4pm)

EXHIBITION FEES (non-refundable)

Shoalhaven Art Society (SAS) Member
$25 per artwork to be paid by 5pm, Friday, 4 October 2024. 30% commission on all sales. Maximum three (3) artworks. All artworks are to be for sale (Min. $200 sale price per artwork)

SAS Non-member
$40 for one single artwork only to be paid by 5pm, Friday, 4 October 2024. 30% commission on all sales (Min. $200 sale price).
