Laurel Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to approve, decline, or limit rentals at it's sole discretion based on scheduling, event appropriateness, or any other operational considerations. Happy Birthday's, proposals, etc. are considered lowest priority, as this sign is intended for community event promotion. No 50% off codes may be used, even by members, for happy birthday's, proposals, etc. If your event is declined, you will receive a refund to the payment method used at time of purchase.
