RULES
Entries must be original, created by the artist entering the piece. It may not be a copy of a published piece of art. It cannot have been submitted in the past to any of our Juried Art Shows.
ENTRY FEES : $35.00 for members, $45.00 for non-members.
DEADLINE for Entry : Saturday, October 4, 2025, Midnight.
Awards up to $2,000 plus purchase awards and Mayor's cash award. Awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, HM in each category as well as $500 Best of Show. An artist can only win once in each category.
Art Take-in: Wednesday, October 15, 2025, 10-12 noon, Rowlett Public Library, 3900 Main St, Rowlett, TX 75088
Awards/Reception: Saturday, October 25, 2025, 2 - 4pm
Art pickup/Take-Down: Saturday, December 27, 2025, 10am - 12noon. There is no storage at the Rowlett Library. Entries left after the pick-up date will be charge $1.00 a day for a storage fee. Any artist leaving artwork 15 Days, or more, after the take-down date, agrees to A.R.T. gratefully accepting your entry(s) as a donation for auction at an A.R.T. monthly program.
Publicity: It is understood by the artist, in entering this show, that use of their art images may be used for marketing and promotion.
• LIABILITY: Artists can obtain insurance coverage. All due care is taken with entries, and artist understands by entering this show, that neither A.R.T., nor the City of Rowlett can be held responsible for loss or damage to work. A.R.T. reserves the right to refuse any entry not meeting eligibility requirements and/or considered unsuitable for public exhibit.
• SALES: A.R.T. does not take any commissions for sold entries. Artists handle their own sales. Price of art and artist contact number(s) is included in the show. If art is removed before closing of show, without permission, then that artist’s participation in the next A.R.T. juried show will be eliminated.
