To prepare your entry:

1. We have created a worksheet (available in PDF and Word formats) to help you plan the content of your entry. We strongly recommend using this worksheet before filling out the online entry form.
2. The worksheet contains the six questions that will be featured on the entry form and evaluated by the judges. These questions are aligned with the four evaluation criteria. To achieve the highest possible score, make sure to answer all six questions. Share the worksheet with your colleagues, draft your responses, and review them together as a team.
3. Entries that represent updates to previously delivered products are eligible, provided they meet the following requirements: 1) The update must involve a major modification or redesign of the product, offering new capabilities and significant enhancements. 2) In the entry form, you must specify the following: a) the version number of the update, b) a description of the new features made available with the update, and c) completion of the six entry questions for the overall product, including the update.
4. Please pay close attention to the maximum word count for each question and ensure that all required fields are completed. When answering each question, use specific and quantitative language. For the best results, avoid including text from your marketing materials.
5. After completing the worksheet, you can easily copy and paste your text into the online entry form. Please note that the entry form will truncate any answers that exceed the word limit, so we recommend verifying your word count using the worksheet before pasting your responses.
6. While using the online entry form, you have the option to save your progress and return later to make revisions before submitting. Once the form has been submitted, it cannot be edited.
