    Rocky Mountain Equality is proud to once again bring Pride Festivals to the community in Longmont, Boulder, and Loveland! The Pride Festival is truly a celebration for all of us: lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer people, and our allied community. It's the perfect day where the bonds of community are cultivated and we take steps toward our goal of equality and respect for all.

    Before applying to be an exhibitor, please review the Pride Festivals Exhibitor Information Page for a full overview of Pride Festival dates, locations, pricing, and exhibitor guidelines.

    • All exhibit spaces (except for food trucks) are 10’x10’ in size. Exhibitors may only reserve one space at this time. If you would to inquire about a double space, please email pride@rmequality.org.
    • All tents must be secured with weights. Tent stakes are prohibited.
      Access to electricity is not guaranteed. If you have electricity needs, email pride@rmequality.org.
    • Each Exhibitor must provide all supplies necessary to operate within their booth space (tents, tables, chairs, signs, etc.). 
    • Rocky Mountain Equality will assign Exhibitor and Food Truck locations and e-mail the primary contact a map with all of the necessary details, setup and breakdown times, and reminders about the event. 
    • Applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. Submission of this application and payment does not guarantee acceptance to RMEQ Pride Events. RMEQ reserves the right to decline applications based on space limitations or other considerations. In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded.

    At the end of this application, you'll be asked to provide payment for your booth using a credit card. If you need to pay by check instead of a credit card, please contact pride@rmequality.org before filling out this application for alternative instructions. 

  • Food Truck City & County Permit Requirements

    All food trucks are responsible for meeting all city and county requirements for food trucks at a temporary event.

    Please send your Fire Marshals Association of Colorado annual Certificate of Inspection for Mobile Food Vehicles to Davis Dunbar at davis@rmequality.org. For more information on how to obtain one, go here: https://fmac-co.wildapricot.org/page-18118

    (Boulder & Longmont Food Trucks) All food trucks are responsible for obtaining a Temporary Event license for Boulder County Public Health. Please fill out the application form here: https://bouldercounty.gov/records/licenses/food-safety-and-temporary-events/#vendors

  • City of Boulder Special Event Vendor and Business Licenses

    All vendors are responsible for obtaining a City of Boulder Business License (if they don't already have one) or a Special Event Vendor License,  even if you won't be making any sales.

    Special Event licenses are free for out-of-city vendors. You must submit a Special Event tax return after the event, even if no sales are made. Special Event tax returns are due within 20 days following the event. Late returns will be assessed penalty and interest.

    Vendors are also responsible for submitting their Tax ID Number or Tax Exempt Number (if applicable) AND a copy of their Tax ID Number or tax-exempt status to the City of Boulder by June 1, 2026. 

    Please direct all questions about obtaining a license to the City of Boulder sales tax staff. Rocky Mountain Equality can’t assist you with obtaining a business or vendor license.

    At the sole discretion of the City of Boulder, any exhibitor who doesn’t have a City of Boulder Business License or a Special Event Vendor License may be removed from the premises.

  • 2026 Pride Festival Exhibitor Guidelines 

    Failure to comply with these guidelines could result in a $75 fee charged to the Exhibitor, as well as potential inability to participate in future Pride Festivals, at the discretion of Rocky Mountain Equality. Should non-compliance occur, Rocky Mountain Equality will contact the Exhibitor prior to taking action. 

    • Exhibitors must support and uphold an inclusive and welcoming environment. I will provide respectful, friendly, and genuine service to all individuals, regardless of race, creed, ethnicity, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental ability, health conditions, marital status, military status, citizenship, or any other protected classification, in accordance with applicable state, federal, and municipal laws.
    • Exhibitors must arrive and set up during their designated time that is assigned to them by RMEQ staff. 
    • Exhibitor booths must remain staffed throughout the event. Please plan accordingly.
    • Exhibitors shall not store any supplies, equipment, or inventory outside of their assigned booth space.
    • Exhibitors must leave their designated space as found by removing all waste and recycling from their booth area. Trash and recycling bins will be available.  
    • Exhibitors who intend to sell items must provide a description of all items to be sold. No raffles are permitted.
    • Exhibitors must be off the space completely by the end of the designated breakdown time. 
    • Exhibitors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws and the taxation, health, sanitation, and fire regulations of the applicable municipal and county authorities and the State of Colorado.
    • Exhibitors may not sell, distribute or disseminate any food or beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic, including water) unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Rocky Mountain Equality. Local governments have regulations in place which govern this event, therefore Rocky Mountain Equality must approve any items to be distributed (even free of charge) in writing in advance.
    • Exhibitors may not consume alcoholic beverages or smoke within their assigned booth space. Behavior unsuitable for the event or which constitutes a public nuisance will not be permitted. Exhibitors will not engage in loud, live, or recorded music during the event. Rocky Mountain Equality reserves the right at its sole discretion to determine whether any display or act is unsuitable for the spirit of the Pride Events.
    • Exhibitor agrees that canvassing will only be performed within the Exhibitor's designated booth. Canvassing outside Exhibitor's booth(s), is not permissible during this event, unless agreed to prior in writing by a Rocky Mountain Equality representative.

  • 2026 Pride Festival Policies and Disclaimers

     
    SECURITY/LIABILITY: Exhibitor is responsible for the security of its own property and equipment at all times. Exhibitor waives any claims of liability against Rocky Mountain Equality for the loss, theft, or damage of any of the Exhibitor's property at Boulder Pride or during set-up or breakdown. Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold Rocky Mountain Equality, staff, contractors and volunteers harmless from any claim or cause of action arising out of or in connection with the acts or omissions of Exhibitor under this Agreement, and shall reimburse Rocky Mountain Equality for any costs, including but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees incurred in the defense against any such claims.


    CANCELLATION POLICY & INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS: Exhibitor Cancellation received within 7 days or less of the Pride Event, or those applications which remain incomplete of required documents within 7 days or less of the Pride Event, will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the Pride event will be honored with an 80% refund. 


    APPLICATION DENIAL: Submission of this application and payment does not guarantee acceptance to RMEQ Pride Events. RMEQ reserves the right to decline applications based on space limitations or other considerations. In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded.


    REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: Exhibitor agrees that, in the event that this Agreement is terminated as a result of Exhibitor's failure to provide any required documentation in time for the event, Exhibitor shall not be entitled to any refund but shall forfeit all amounts previously paid. Your application is considered complete and will be processed once completed application and payment of all fees and deposits are received by Rocky Mountain Equality.


    DISPUTE RESOLUTION: In the event of a dispute arising in any manner as a result of or in any way related to this Agreement, the parties hereto agree to mediation and/or arbitration as prerequisite to legal action. In the event arbitration or legal action is commenced, the prevailing party shall be awarded reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred as a result of said dispute.


    VIOLATIONS: Exhibitor acknowledges that a breach of any of the terms of this agreement may result in the termination of this agreement and the preclusion of Exhibitor's participation in the event. In the event that this Agreement is terminated as a result of any breech by Exhibitor, all fees paid shall be forfeited.


    FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS: If events occur beyond reasonable control of RMEQ, such as acts of nature (floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or fires), wars, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, governmental orders, epidemics or pandemics, or other events that are unforeseeable and unavoidable, Rocky Mountain Equality may retain such part of Exhibitor’s fee as shall be required to compensate the organization for expenses incurred up to the time such contingency shall have occurred.
